Welcome to The Ritual Easton. By booking a service, making a purchase, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our business.

1.Services

The Ritual Easton provides massage therapy, bodywork, and holistic wellness services. All treatments are holistic and designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platform (e.g., Vagaro).

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session to ensure the next client’s appointment begins on time.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Deposits: Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and approved digital payments.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any discounts or promotions must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds & Returns

All sales, services, and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Retail items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to treatment.
The Ritual Easton reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if a service is deemed unsafe to perform.

7. Professional Boundaries

Our practitioners maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.
Any inappropriate language, behavior, or advances toward staff will result in the immediate termination of the session and possible banning from future services.

8. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

9. Liability

By receiving services at The Ritual Easton, you acknowledge that massage and bodywork are not substitutes for medical treatment and that you receive these services voluntarily.
The Ritual Easton and its practitioners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from services or use of our facilities.

10. Privacy Policy

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services and maintaining records in compliance with state and federal laws.
We do not sell or share your personal data.

11. Online Store & Digital Products

If purchasing digital downloads or retail items from our website:

  • Prices are listed in USD and subject to change.

  • Digital products are final sale and may not be shared or reproduced.

  • Unauthorized use or distribution of our content, images, or materials is prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

The Ritual Easton reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
