Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Ritual Easton, our services are highly personalized and delivered with intention, care, and professionalism. Because of the nature of our work, all sessions and product sales are final once rendered or purchased.
We aim to provide every guest with an exceptional and restorative experience, and we handle any concerns with empathy and fairness.

2. Service Refunds

  • All services are non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your session, please speak with your therapist or contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern directly and work toward a fair resolution (e.g., session adjustment or future credit, at our discretion).

  • Refunds will not be issued due to late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to follow our cancellation policy.

3. Gift Cards, Packages, & Memberships

  • Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Packages and memberships may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval from The Ritual Easton.

4. Retail Products

  • Retail items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • All skincare, essential oils, or wellness products are final sale for health and safety reasons.

5. Digital Products

If The Ritual Easton offers downloadable or digital materials (such as wellness guides or course content), these are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
